Payments & Refunds
This policy describes how billing, deposits, and refunds work for InnoTLab’s professional services.
1. Payments
- Payment terms are defined in the proposal/engagement for your project.
- We may request an upfront deposit before work begins.
- For milestone-based projects, invoices are typically issued per milestone.
2. Refunds
Because our work is custom and time-based, refunds are not guaranteed. If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us and we’ll review it promptly.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement in writing. You are responsible for payment of work performed up to the cancellation date, including any non-cancellable third-party costs (e.g., software licenses, hosting, subcontractors) incurred on your behalf.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a concern about billing, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of service until the dispute is resolved.
