Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive rights to the deliverables created specifically for your project once all fees are paid. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, and general know-how.

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform under the engagement.

You agree not to use our services or deliverables for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including attempting to compromise systems, data, or users.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide professional services on an “as-is” basis. While we aim for high quality, we do not guarantee that deliverables will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any business outcome will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability relating to an engagement will not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
